This research aims to find out the views of unrepresented litigants who have used simple procedure since it was introduced in November 2016, with a view to finding out how accessible and usable the simple procedure rules, forms and standard orders are from the perspective of unrepresented litigants, and to identify any amendments that could be made to improve simple procedure.
