The EPSRC Centre for Future PCI Planning
The Centre for Future Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Planning is a new EPSRC-funded research centre, kicking off in Autumn 2024. The centre aims to develop novel and robust mathematical and statistical methodologies, to create fast and accurate computational tools that will enable clinicians to plan and optimise PCI procedures. Our multidisciplinary team consists of University of Glasgow mathematicians, statisticians, engineers and cardiologists, supported by collaborators at Polytecnico di Torino and several leading international clinical and industrial partners.
