Room 202, 3 University Gardens, University of Glasgow
Everyday (In)securities brings together scholars at Glasgow within the Global Security Network with an interest in non-traditional approaches to security and International Relations. Our work is diverse addressing issues such as gender and violence, communicative ethics, the commodification of peace and emotions and affect in foreign policy. We are interested in innovative research and teaching methods including ethnographic approaches and participant research. Members support the Olive Tree Initiative peace education programme at Glasgow.
