Speaker: Jennifer M. Welsh (Professor in International Relations, University of Oxford)

Jennifer Welsh is a Professor in International Relations and a Fellow of Somerville College, University of Oxford and co-directs of the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict.  Her research interests include Humanitarian Intervention and the Responsibility to Protect; United Nations Security Council; International Relations Theory and Normative Theory and Canadian Foreign Policy.

The event will conclude with a wine reception in the Foyer.  All are welcome – free of charge.
