Information for Presenters

  • Presenters are encouraged to use their own devices (laptop, tablet, etc.). Alternatively, a Windows conference computer will be available with PowerPoint and Acrobat installed.
  • Presentations are 30 minutes in duration, including 5 minutes for discussion.
  • Your presentation should be in a 16:9 aspect ratio
  • Laser pointers, VGA, HDMI, mini display port and Thunderbolt adapters will be provided however we encourage presenters to bring their own.
  • Posters should be of size A0 (portrait display)
