'Here on a One Way Ticket'

Tune into BBC Radio Scotland today, 5 February at 2pm to hear the stories of two students, originally from the former Soviet Union, about their reasons for choosing to study in the UK and how they ended up in Scotland.
BBC Radio Scotland are broadcasting an interesting programme today about two students, both originally from the former Soviet Union, who have now settled in Scotland.
In Episode 2 of 'Here on a One Way Ticket' Jennifer Tracey talks to Oksana and Tanya about their reasons for choosing to study in the UK, cultural differences and simularities they encountered and how they have now come to call Scotland 'home'.
Episode 1 in the 5-part series featured a couple from Sweden who chose to set up their business in Scotland, while future programmes in the series will include interviews with migrants from Brazil. Episode 1 is now available to listen to on iPlayer, and Oksana and Tanya's interview will also be available for up to 12 days following today's broadcast.
