The invited session ‘Spatio-temporal modeling of exposure to air pollution’ was held on Wednesday 10th June in Avignon as part of the conference ‘Spatial Statistics 2015: Emerging Patterns’. The session consisted of contributions from three speakers and was delivered to a large audience with around 60 delegates in attendance.

Investigating the effect of air quality on health workshop held on 5th June 2015

This one-day workshop is on Friday June 5th 2015, and is held at the University of Southampton. It aims to bring together statisticians as well as practitioners working in the areas of air quality monitoring and modelling, with a particular focus on health impact of air pollution.

Quantifying the impact of air pollution on health workshop held on 12th September 2014

A workshop entitled "Quantifying the impact of air pollution on health" was held on 12th September 2014 at the University of Glasgow, which brought together academics, policymakers and other interested parties to discuss this important public health issue. The workshop was supported by the Royal Statistical Society (RSS) Environmental Statistics Section (ESS) and the RSS Glasgow local group.
