Join us for a fun and interactive Maker's Lab and a chance to build your very own environmental sensor! You'll get to experiment with simple sensor electronics and create your own code using the amazing BBC micro:bit mini-computer. We’ll even have a micro:bit available to take away for each family group booking so that coding adventures can continue at home!
Places are free but capacity is limited and booking is essential. The session lasts around 90 minutes and is suitable for ages 8 and above. Sessions will take place at 11:30 and 13:00.
Please note: each booking is for one group and there is a maximum of four people per group, for example 2 adults and 2 children, and because capacity is limited we kindly ask you not to book more than one slot.
We expect demand for these sessions to be very high and we will have a waiting list on the day. Please arrive promptly as we will begin to reallocate unused places 5-minutes after than the advertised start time.
