Name: Héloïse Roelandts

Home country: Belgium

Subject: MSc Management

Graduation Year: 2019

Why did you choose the Adam Smith Business School?

I chose the Adam Smith business School for the structure of the programs proposed, the numerous practicals and the accreditation of the School.

What did you enjoy the most about your programme? How has your degree helped you in your career?

I enjoyed the practicals, the very high quality of teachers, the visits and events organised by the School. Personally, this MSc opened my technical vison to understand better how a company works globally. Furthermore, the different backgrounds and culture of the students in the program allowed me to be more flexible in my work and way of thinking as well as learning more quickly new things or competences.

While being in Glasgow, I managed to continue my passion for horses. I was riding with the Glasgow University riding club. This was very important for me

What have you been up to since graduating from the Business School?

After graduation, I came back to Belgium and begun to work directly. I began with a technical work and I am now in a manager position focusing more into strategy and sustainability.
