Iscte campus
Iscte concentrates most its activity on a single campus. This allows collaborative work between the various areas of knowledge. The campus houses four schools:
- School of Sociology and Public Policy
- School of Social Sciences
- Iscte Business School
- School of Technology and Architecture
All Iscte buildings in Lisbon were built in the last four decades. They have all the appropriate facilities for teaching, study and research.
The fifth school – the School of Applied Digital Technologies, Iscte-Sintra – is the new faculty of Iscte. It is located in the town of Sintra and started work in September 2022. Iscte-Sintra is dedicated to teaching and research in digital technologies, economy and society.
How to get here
The Iscte campus is roughly 15 minutes from the Lisbon city centre and very well connected by public transport.
The quickest option is usually the yellow subway line to the Entrecampos Metro station. Many buses also go to Entrecampos.
Exit the Entrecampos Metro station onto Avenida da República and head towards the roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout, continue along Avenida das Forças Armadas for about 400 metres and you will find the campus on your right.
You can find a detailed location map and more information about travel options on the Iscte website.
The Metro map and travel information are available on the Metro Lisboa website.
For bus timetables and route information, check the Carris website.
How to find your way around the campus
The campus has three buildings. For more information about each of them, see their floor plans on the Iscte website:
