About Me
I’m a PhD student working between Queen’s University Belfast and University of Glasgow. Whilst completing my undergraduate degree in veterinary medicine, I developed a strong interest in veterinary epidemiology and the role that research can play in understanding and managing disease. Outside my research, I enjoy reading, hiking and playing piano.
Research Interests and PhD Project
My research interests include veterinary epidemiology, infectious disease modelling and One Health. In my PhD project titled ‘Animal movement for infectious disease control in ruminants under climate change,’ I use a computational modelling approach to provide knowledge which will guide future disease management in the face of a warming climate.
