Payments

  • All accommodation fees must be paid through your MyCampus account.
  • See Payment methods for how to pay your accommodation fees.
  • To confirm your booking, an advance payment of £600 must be paid.
  • Accommodation charges will be added to your MyCampus account on or shortly after the contract start date. Accommodation Services is not responsible for the collection of your fees, only the generation of the charge.
  • Direct Debit schedules showing actual payment dates and amounts will be issued after you have completed financial registration on MyCampus.
  • Residents are required to accept the contract undertaking to occupy their place for the full contract period as stated on the contract.
  • Charges above are inclusive of group insurance cover for possessions.
  • Charges above are inclusive of utility charges (excluding Student Apartments 2 Bed and 3 Bed Flats where resident is responsible for utility charges)
  • Wi-Fi internet access in all bedrooms and communal areas is included and is controlled by the service provider to prevent inappropriate use.  Users must agree to comply with University of Glasgow IT Regulations and Code of Conduct.
