Biography
Renyi Xu commenced his PhD in law at the University of Glasgow in October 2023. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in China in 2021 and completed his Master of Laws in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice at the University of Edinburgh in 2022. He is a qualified legal professional in China.
Research Interests
His primary research interests lie in criminal law, with a focus on the identification, attribution, and prevention of emerging crimes. His PhD research primarily revolves around the criminal law issues concerning Artificial Intelligence crimes.
