Research Summary
Joséphine's project analyses the implementation of the 2014 African Union Convention on Cybersecurity and Personal Data Protection towards the realisation of public-private partnerships. At focus are the standards for government leadership and citizen rights protection in cyber capacity building under Chapter 3 of the Convention.
