Research title: An investigation into the potential adoption of Augmented Reality as pedagogical in teaching and learning practice tools from an academic staff perspective in Saudi higher education

Research Summary

Throughout my interesting, educational and professional journey, I have become passionate about digital educational technology, which has brought me to the field of educational technology in higher education. My research project focuses on academic staff perspective of using augmented reality application in teaching and learning practice at Saudi Arabia universities, by applying TAM, UTAUT, UTAUT 2 and TPACK theories and models to undressing their intation behaviour to use new educational technology tool for academic purpose.
The Study Objectives and Questions
The purpose of this study to understanding academic staff intention to use Augmented Reality Apps in teaching and learning practice at educational technology department at Saudi universities, also to explore the factors that may influence them of acceptance and use augmented reality in their current and future academese work. In addition, the challenges that might have affected their decision to use AR. This research aims to address the following research questions: 
Objective 1: To explore factors that may influence academic staff behavioural intentions to use Augmented Reality as an educational tool in teaching and learning practice in classrooms at the specialization of educational technology at Saudi university?
Question 1: What are the factors that can influence academic staff intention and use augmented reality Apps in teaching and learning practice in classrooms at the specialization of educational technology at Saudi university?
Objective2: To explore the challenges that limit of using Augmented Reality Apps in teaching and learning practise.
Question 2: What are the challenges that might limit the use of Augmented Reality App in teaching and learning practise from academic staff perspective at Saudi higher education?
Objective 3: To explore the potential solutions for challenges that can help academic staff to adaption AR for teaching students addressed 
Question 3: How can the challenges be addressed from academic staff perspective and experience of using Augmented Reality App at the specialization of educational technology at Saudi higher education?
