Glasgow academics win Royal Society awards

Glasgow academics have received prestigious awards given to individuals of outstanding ability for independent, original research.
Professor Miles Padgett, Physics & Astronomy and Professor Lee Cronin, Chemistry at the University of Glasgow are both recipients of prestigious Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Awards.
The awards are given to individuals of proven outstanding ability to undertake independent, original research.
