University cleaner Aleksander Kudajczyk will perform a selection of pieces by Chopin in the University Chapel this week as part of the West End Festival.

Aleksander, who moved to Glasgow from Poland six months ago, was overheard practising the piano by chaplaincy secretary Joan Keenan through the chapel webcam. After Joan alerted other members of staff to Aleksander's talent he agreed to perform a number of concerts during the West End Festival.
