How To Find Work In The 21st Century
Published: 4 October 2005
Before you can succeed in today's workplace, you have to understand how it works. A seminar, to be held on 19 October helps you do just that
You don't have to be a final year student or graduate to benefit from this seminar. The changing face of the workplace is something that affects everyone. Throughout your life you won't have seven different jobs, you'll have seven different careers. Three of which haven't been invented yet.
Before you can succeed in today's workplace, you have to understand how it works. It's not the same place your parents or grandparents worked in and your approach to being successful in it will have to be different from theirs.
This seminar will focus on:
How to find hidden employment opportunities
How to successfully sell yourself
How to network effectively
How to create effective marketing tools for yourself
Delivered by leading Canadian entrepreneur and author Ron McGowan, spaces at this seminar are limited. To book your place e-mail greig.sinclair@enterprise.gla.ac.uk
