LRF Glasgow Bikeathon 2005 to take place on 21 August
A fun, family event, the Bikeathon involves cyclists of all abilities covering a pre-determined, stewarded route of either 13 or 26 miles. The route runs from Kelvingrove Park and makes it way to Clydebank where there is a halfway point with refreshments. The second part follows the Forth and Clyde Canal cyclepath, then on to Kelvin way and back into Kelvingrove Park. Children must be over 7 years old, and all under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Last year over £41,000 was raised in sponsorship for the Leukaemia Research Fund Centre and we you can help to raise even more this year!
Enter online now at www.glasgowbikeathon.co.uk or call 0141 330 3593 or e-mail a.hair@admin.gla.ac.uk.
