The University of Glasgow's Conference & Visitor Services Office and Wolfson Hall (incorporating the Kelvin Conference Centre) have recently gained accreditation to the Hospitality Assured Standard for Service and Business Excellence.

In recognition of this a representative from the HCIMA (the awarding body) will today present this prestigious industry award at a lunch attended by the Principal and various other University and city of Glasgow dignitaries.
