The Hungarian Ambassador, H.E. B←la Szombati, will launch a one day conference on Saturday 6 March in the Senate Room, which will examine the issues of nationality and identity in the light of the forthcoming membership of the central European countries of the European Union.
Both eminent external speakers and University of Glasgow experts will discuss issues ranging from the Hungarian perspective on EU membership and Poland's sense of identity to Hungarian women on the eve of accession.
