The University's summer graduation season continues tomorrow, Saturday 6 July with a graduation ceremony at 11.00 a.m. in the Bute Hall.

The Honorary Degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine & Surgery will be will be conferred on Professor William Jarrett, Emeritus Professor of Veterinary Pathology and on Dr William Martin, former Director of the Moredun Research Institute.

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

Alison Goudwell and Catriana Nicholson: jointly awarded the Glasgow Association of Women Graduates Centenary Year Prize.

Kathleen Smith: the McCall Award for the most distinguished graduate in Veterinary Medicine.

The next graduation will be on Tuesday 9 July at 11.00.
