Service Excellence Standards

We are designing our UofG Service Standards using service design principles anchored by the existing Services Strategy. In the coming months, the co-creation and development of these standards will form a core part of our Service Excellence engagement activities.

Service Excellence Standards will help identify areas of good practice today that can be translated into operational standards, establishing a foundation for future improvements. Service leaders across the university will lead this work, overseeing both the definition and implementation of these standards across the institution.
