Process Enabled Change banners withimages of staff looking at laptops

The PEC project will identify, prioritise and deliver process improvements (including guidance, communication, training and policy) across the Registration and Enrolment cycle. These process improvements will improve both the staff and student experience, with tactical short-term improvements delivered for academic year 2024/2025 and longer-term improvements delivered for academic year 2025/2026 and beyond.

The project kicked off in October 2023 and has breadth of representation via subject matter experts (SMEs) from all four Colleges, Registry and Finance.

This project also works closely with the automation team to identify appropriate automation opportunities too.

  • Liz Turner (CoAH)
  • Natalia Jonsson-Skradol (MVLS)
  • Julia Kolovou (CoSS)
