What influenced your decision to be a part of this project the most?
I wanted to use my experience of the Registration and Enrolment process over the past five years to improve the process for the students and my colleagues.
What are you most looking forward to tackling during this project?
Improving the transparency of the decision-making process around Registration and Enrolment, and increase the collaboration between Schools and Colleges to make the whole process smoother.
What do you think will be the biggest challenges in this project?
Working with such a large number of disparate needs and requests from staff and students, and trying to find an equilibrium that improves the process.
