What influenced your decision to be a part of this project the most?
What influenced me to join this project was the great opportunity to contribute to the transformation of student enrolment and the student experience at the University of Glasgow. With over a decade of experience in Learning & Teaching both as a team member and manager, across all Colleges, I have considerable experience in the challenges faced by students and staff during the enrolment period.
What are you most looking forward to tackling during this project?
I am looking forward to exploring the barriers face by students during enrolment, identifying the persistent inefficiencies in UofG's course enrolment processes, which continue to lead to increased staff workloads and a poor student experience.
What do you think will be the biggest challenges in this project?
Trying to standardise the process across 14 Schools within the 4 Colleges will be the biggest challenge, each unit has different processes depending on the structure of the degree plan, the courses within and the student cohort.
