Enrolment Working Group
The Course Enrolment project will focus on improving both the student and colleague experience during the enrolment process. To do this we shall be focusing our efforts in phase one across three key areas:
- Forecast Reports
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Digital Enrolment Experience
An Enrolment Working Group has been established to provide oversight and guidance on the enrolment process, comprised of colleagues from across the institution, this collaborative approach seeks to better understand current practices and challenges while setting up for success, an enrolment process from both experiential and operational perspective.
Chaired by Andrew Struan, Director of Academic Services
"I'm delighted to be working on course enrolment so that we can improve the student experience of joining our community. Our students face many hurdles, but also many exciting opportunities, as they join Glasgow, and our enrolment process needs to be a smooth, easy one to provide students with the warmest welcome to the Glasgow team."
