The Assessment & Feedback Practice Enhancement Tool
The A&F Practice Enhancement Tool is a short self-reflection, focused on providing teaching staff with information about how their teaching practice currently aligns with the University’s Learning Through Assessment framework. The PET launched on March 11th and will stay open for submissions until April 11th. Taking only 10-20 minutes to complete, it will enable colleagues to identify areas of strength, as well as appropriate opportunities for continuous professional development. If you have any questions or feedback about the Practice Enhancement Tool, please contact the work stream by email at afpp-workstream@glasgow.ac.uk.

Unlocking Creativity with SRC
We recently facilitated a collaborative workshop at the SRC Class Rep Conference (9th March). Our session was designed to unlock the creativity within the room, collectively informing an engaging identity for the student onboarding project.
Director of Student Lifecycle, Graham Stein, kicked the session off highlighting the ambition and vision for the programme, before canvassing opinion on some pre-prepared options. Feedback was constructive and extremely valuable to understand the perspective of our student voice.
Finally attendees were invited into breakout groups, tasked with creating alternative project names and taglines that were both meaningful and emotive. Post-conference, recommendations were shortlisted and a final decision made.
Ross Whip, SRC Vice President (Education), said "I'm really grateful to the Transformation Team for joining us and helping to make our Class Rep Conference such a huge success --attendees seemed really engaged with the session and a few left really positive comments talking about how much they enjoyed learning more about the Team's work. It is heartening to see the Team committed to working in partnership with students to drive positive change!"
Take a sneak peek at our new visual below, ready for all future communications in this programme of work. The Transformation Team would like to thank Ross for his kind invitation, and to the Class Reps for their invaluable contribution on the day.
