A course I expect to see in my list is missing:
There could be several reasons for this. We may have the incorrect Senior Academic contact listed therefore it is appearing on someone else’s list. Or we have been notified that the course does not require timetabled events on CMIS. We are also not including external or RSD courses.
If you believe an existing course should be listed, please check with your local timetabler in the first instance.
I cannot add more than one Course Lead / Convenor:
This is correct, only one can be added at this stage as it indicates who will be sent Form 2.
The usual Course Lead / Convener listed will not be able to complete Form 2, can I assign myself or another Academic to complete it?
Yes, during the Form 1 stage just change the name in the ‘Course Lead / Convener’ field to the next most appropriate person to provide course timetabling data. During Form 2 stage, this can be done by an assigned professional services colleague.
I changed the person assigned to the ‘Senior Academic Contact’ field and now the course has disappeared from my list:
You will only see courses you are ‘assigned’. Form 1 assigns permissions to see courses based on the persons assigned in the fields ‘Senior Academic Contact’ and ‘Professional Services Contact’. Therefore, if at any time you or another user removed your name from these fields, then your permissions to review this course will also have been removed. If your name was removed in error, please contact your local timetabler to rectify this.

You can either use your cursor to drag these to make the bigger or if you hover your cursor over the heading it will give you the full title.
When adding a new/returning course, does it check against existing course codes?
Currently there is no check against existing course codes, but we have an in-built check for duplicated courses.
