Online Exam Support
During the exam diet, the Reach Out IT team will be available through UofG Helpdesk to provide technical support and help with questions about online exams at the following times:
- Monday-Friday, 08:00-23:00
- Saturdays, 08:00-15:30
The team will respond to any enquiries submitted outside of Exam Helpdesk hours as soon as possible.

Places to study on campus
Work is now underway on the upgrade of the University Library Annexe, so please be aware that there may be some noise disruption in the building from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Weekly updates about the project and any expected disruption are posted on the UofG Library News webpage. Any disruption will also be clearly signposted in the Library building.
Alternative study spaces are available in the McMillan Reading Room, on Level 3 of the Fraser Building and in the James McCune Smith Learning Hub, which offers a silent study area on Level 5. Find a space and check how busy each space is in the UofG Life app.
