One to one technical support is available during the exam period from 08:00-23:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00-15:30 on Saturdays. Outside these times, all help requests will still be logged for a response as soon as a technician is available.
To ensure timely responses and that all students receive the same information, you should not contact academic staff directly but instead use the Helpdesk.
