In the coming days and weeks The University will be in discussion with NHS on possibilty of UofG Technicians volunteering in assist with NHS coronavirus work ( testing ).
We need to gather the details now for those that want to volunteer in principal for PCR-lab based testing and we also need to know of the details of any Informatician staff in the College. Please send your name, job title, job family to michelle.robb@glasgow.ac.uk We need this information no later than 10.30am Sunday 22nd March. More specific details will follow in due course for now we just need to establish a list of potential staff.
Further details on expertise required and how to volunteer will appear in mail boxes and social media.
