We now have the updated version of the presentation by Tim Oldman, founder and CEO of Leesman. Tim's company conducted the initial survey of University of Glasgow staff who are relocating to Tay House.

The workplace survey was circulated to people working in Central Finance, Estates and Buildings, HR, Research Support and Business Planning and Intelligence. Like the University staff survey earlier this year, the process was confidential with the anonymity of the staff responding guaranteed.

Leesman is a specialist company that has wide experience in the higher education sector. This will be a continuing process that will help measure which work activities are important to individual members of staff...and how well those activities are supported by the workplace.
