Colleague Engagement Survey - Summer 2021
The University's survey partners, People Insight, have produced a report of the Colleague Engagement extended pulse survey, available to download:

Results at a more detailed local level have also been shared at School, Research Institute and Service level, and local analysis is underway. Priority areas and options for actions to respond to these findings are now being identified, discussed and planned by SMG and leadership teams across the institution. These plans will include a range of shorter- and longer-term actions and will be shared with colleagues once finalised.
