The Colleague Engagement Survey will open again on Monday 20 October 2025.
We run annual colleague engagement surveys. The survey covers topics related to colleagues' experiences of working at the University, and seeks to understand our changing needs so that we can make this the best place possible to work. Our colleague engagement surveys are delivered by our external delivery partners, People Insight.
