Learn2 Train is a four-week course for those who are new to fitness and exercise!
You'll work in a small group with our highly-qualified fitness team to explore a variety of training equipment and methods, including fixed resistance, free weights, cardiovascular and a variety of functional training methods.

Learn2 Lift @ Stevenson
Four-week courses starting 1st October 2024
Tuesdays 13:00-14:00 or Wednesdays 17:00-18:00
Beginner-friendly | Studio 1 @ Stevenson
Learn2 Lift is an introductory four-week course to build confidence in strength training and weightlifting.
Supported by a strength and conditioning coach, you'll learn the fundamentals of squats, deadlifts, pushing and pulling movements. The main focus is on correct technique and movement patterns and building confidence strength training with a barbell.

Group Strength Training
Four-week courses starting 30th September 2024

Group Strength Training will guide you through a periodised strength training programme to build functional strength and fitness. This course is designed to provide a fun and safe environment for participants to train together under the supervision of a coach.
