Networks for PGRs
Finding community might come from colleagues you work with or clubs that you have an interest in. You might also be interested in networks where you can connect with people who share an identity with you.
LGBTQ+ Staff Network
This group is for all University of Glasgow staff and PhD researchers who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender, queer or questioning.
LC-ECR Network
The "Late-Career Early Career Researcher" (LC-ECR) group is a support and knowledge exchange for researchers who identify as older than traditional early career researchers. There is no lower age limit for the group.

PGR Society
The PGR Society is an SRC affiliated society providing social events, talks, writing groups and peer support to all PGRs at the University of Glasgow.
Run Talk Run
Run Talk Run is a weekly running group for all abilities with a safe space to talk about your mental health.
SRC Postgraduate Students' Network
A supportive group for all students enrolled in a postgraduate degree, both taught or research
SRC Disabled Students' Network
A network for students who define themselves as having a disability or who have a chronic/ long-term physical or mental illness.
SRC Carers' Network
A network for students who provide emotional or practical support to a relative, friend or someone else who is unable to manage alone.
SRC Parents' Network
Share experiences, enjoy peer-to-peer support, organise meet-ups for young families, and make new friends! This group is open to students who have children of any age.
SRC Home Students' Network
A network for students who live "at home" and commute to University, including mature students living in their own homes.
