Registration: Information for Staff
Registration
Every academic year, Registration and Enrolment commences in August.
Ahead of this, all students are provided with comprehensive instructions on how to complete Registration, which they do online through MyCampus.
Library Access for GSA Students
The University has a number of jointly delivered programmes with Glasgow School of Art.
Students on the plan codes listed below are entitled to a University of Glasgow Campus Card and full Library access.
Please note: GSA students on programmes not listed below are not entitled to a University of Glasgow Campus Card, but may access the Library upon presentation of a valid GSA Student Card. Students must be term active in the current academic session.

Issuing Campus Cards to Online Students
→ Campus Cards will only be sent to fully-registered students.
→ Registry will send a file to the Card Bureau five times every year (in August, September, October, December, and January). Campus Cards will be posted directly to each UK-based student’s term address as it appears on MyCampus at the time the file is run. International students will collect their Campus Cards at Visa Registration.
→ Online students who complete Registration after a Campus Card Run will receive their Campus Card in the next scheduled Card Run. It is not the intention to operate an on-demand service.
→ Separate processes will apply to each College and School. If they suggest an exception to this schedule, we can send a student's Campus Card directly to them for efficient distribution.
