I'm the Line Manager of a Card Holder and I'm Leaving or Moving
If you have a direct report who is leaving the University or moving to new area within the University, please ensure you have completed the checklist below:
Is your direct report leaving the University?
- Once the leaver/mover advises you of their absence, request them to code existing transactions before leaving current role.
- Ensure leaver/mover delegates their transactions.
- Request leaver to destroy card then cancel all subscriptions (if any) & advise subscriptions to be taken by another card holder (if required).
Is your direct report moving to another department within the University?
- Once the leaver/mover advises you of their absence, request them to code existing transactions before leaving current role.
- Ensure leaver/mover delegates their transactions.
- Request leaver/mover to cancel all subscriptions (if any) & advise subscriptions to be taken by another card holder (if required).
If as a Line Manager who is a card holder, you are leaving the University or Moving to a new area within the University, please follow the guidance here.
If you are a Line Manager who is not a card holder, who is leaving the University or Moving to a new area within the University, please follow the guidance below:
- Advise Procurement and Accounts Payable that you are leaving or moving and provide your last date in your current role.
- Provide a list of all the card holders in your area and who their new Line Manager will be so so this can be updated in the HSBC MiVision Portal.
