Using CoreHR Self Service as a Manager/ Administrator
What is CoreHR Self Service?
CoreHR is our HR Self Service software, which allows you to access and manage your personal details and, as a Manager, your team’s details, through your internet browser (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer or Google Chrome) and is accessible 24/7.
How can I access CoreHR Self Service?
You can log in to CoreHR Self Service by clicking this link and inputting your GUID ID and password.
What is my Manager Dashboard?
As a Manager (or a delegated Administrator) CoreHR Self Service gives you access to your ‘Manager Dashboard’.
The first screen when logged in to your Manager Dashboard contains information on the team that report in to you on the left hand side, along with any outstanding approvals (for example holiday or training requests) on the right hand side.
What can I do through my Manager Dashboard?
Through your Manager Dashboard, you can view your team’s details, such as working patterns, annual leave entitlement or leave requests and employee absence.

Some of these tasks may be managed on your behalf by an administrator; speak to your Head of School/ RI Administration or equivalent Administrator for clarification on your area.
Can I move between my Manager Dashboard and my personal Employee Dashboard in CoreHR Self Service?
You can access your own personal Employee Dashboard on the above link, by signing in and going to ‘Dashboards’ on the top right of your screen and selecting ‘Employee Dashboard’.
