Coming in 2025
Glasgow Excels – Managers’ Learning Festival is a new, whole-day experience the Organisational Development team are introducing to support managers’ development.
This is a series of one day events designed for line managers from across the University to work on key skills and get insights on the more challenging areas of management in a supportive environment with expert session leads.
The full series will be launched in early 2025 with a pilot event taking place in December 2024. Attendees for the pilot were selected randomly from our management population with a few recommendations from local People & Organisational Development teams to ensure an inclusive mix of colleagues. Dates for the 2025 events will be released shortly.
