Resilience - Bitesize
Description
This 60-minute bitesize is intended to give participants an opportunity and a space to define and understand resilience, appreciate the impact of stress on resilience, and explore different approaches and strategies that can be taken to build and develop resilience. We will offer several models through which to gain a better understanding of our own resilience.
Session Approach
This session is delivered using a slide deck, with interaction in the chat box function on Zoom. Participants will be given an opportunity to collaborate in small discussion groups in the second half of the session.
Takeaways
Participants will be provided with a copy of the session materials and inputs which gives them:
- a reminder of several definitions of resilience
- examples of ways to build resilience
- some factors that contribute to resilience
Bitesize courses are typically delivered online and for larger groups than our face-to-face or longer courses. We may, on request, be able to offer these specifically for inclusion as part of team building activities such as away days.
