CoreMobile for iOS

To access CoreMobile, open your device's browser and navigate to: https://hrportal.mis.gla.ac.uk/coremobile/cm_html_framework.login

You will be presented with the CoreMobile log in screen‌

Enter your network username and password.

Adding CoreMobile to your Home Screen:

When on https://hrportal.mis.gla.ac.uk/coremobile/cm_html_framework.login, tap the ‘Share’ icon at the bottom of the screen.

‌ Select ‘Add to Home Screen’ from the menu displayed.

Here you can customize the name of the Icon shortcut and then click ‘Add’.

The Shortcut will now show on your Home Screen.

To keep your personal information secure please ensure that:

• A PIN is set to protect the device from casual unauthorised use
• Ensure the PIN is not guessable (i.e. do not set 0000, 1234 etc)
• Set a timeout to lock the device, such that the PIN is always required after a period of inactivity.
