SRC Student Teaching Awards – Nominations Now Open!

Nominations are now open for the SRC Student Teaching Awards- recognising members of staff who make a difference to students.
The Students’ Representative Council have now opened nominations for their 10th annual Student Teaching Awards (STAs).
These awards recognise those who make a positive difference to students at the University of Glasgow and are soley decided by students – from nominations to selection of the overall winners.
Students can nominate in the following categories:
- Best Advisor of Studies
- Best College Teacher (1 for each college)
- Best Dissertation Supervisor
- Best Postgraduate who Teaches
- Best Research Supervisor
- Best Student Representative
- Best Support Staff
- Best Use of Technology in Learning
Students who nominate in the above categories can also choose to put their candidate forward for the following special awards:
- Best Feedback
- Highly Innovative Teaching
- Outstanding Contribution to Teaching
Nominate now at www.glasgowstudent.net/stas.
Nominations are open until Friday 15 February and students can nominate as many times and in as many categories as they wish.
