PDR 2018 now well underway

Dear Colleagues,
The Performance and Development Review (PDR) process continues to play a fundamental role in helping us deliver our Inspiring People Changing the World Strategy, and we are delighted that PDR 2018 is now well underway.
Many colleagues have already taken the opportunity to complete their PDR, reflecting on their own individual contributions to our shared University goals, and considering their personal and career development aims.
We extend a further invitation to all staff to undertake their PDR – which covers the usual period of 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 – prior to the deadline of 28 September 2018.
