As part of the Performance and Development Review process, we encourage all staff to discuss their career development plans with their line manager. The new 2018-19 learning and development provision can support that process by providing a variety of professional development opportunities.
We have a range of workshops for staff, including - focusing on developing yourself, communication, managing people and working with change as well as other topical themes. There will be new workshops added throughout the year so we encourage staff to check our website regularly for new opportunities.
Our ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited Management Programmes are also now open for nominations. Further information can be found at:
