Save the date for Leading Enhancement in Assessment and Feedback event

Save the date for the University's fourth Leading Enhancement in Assessment and Feedback symposium.
The fourth Leading Enhancement in Assessment and Feedback Symposium (LEAF IV) will be held on 5 November, 2018, in the Senate Room.
It will begin at around 9.30 and finish at 3.30. As in previous years, we will combine external input with workshops and examples of local practice so that we can draw on our local expertise and learn from others in the sector.
Feedback from previous events demonstrates the value of this approach. Especially important is the focus on changing practice and so as before, there will be time to work on an example (perhaps a course or particular piece of assessment) that you are hoping to change.
The themes for LEAF IV will be:
- Authentic assessment and designing out plagiarism;
- Co-Creation: Students as Partners in Assessment. We will feature the student-staff partnership projects that took place during 2017-18;
- Assessing group work: this will include a feature on how to implement the group work policy recently approved at Senate.
Further information and the opportunity to register will be circulated nearer the time but meanwhile: please save-the-date and keep an eye on the LEAF IV webpage and MyGlasgow News for more details.
