In July, Estates and Commercial Services launched a review of Facilities Services – all those services they deliver which keep our buildings and business functioning, from cleaning to transport, from mail to security … and many more.

short survey of members of facilities staff was launched then and will close next week. 

The review is intended to determine the correct operating model for facilities services, ensuring this is customer-focused. It will consider service specifications and how the University delivers services.

On launching the review, Ann Allen, Executive Director of Estates and Commercial Services, said: “We are committed to providing Facilities Services which enable staff and students to focus on learning, research and becoming world changers.”

She added: “To make sure that the service model is customer-focused we need to hear from our customers and have designed a short survey to seek your views on the services we deliver and how we interact with you and would very much welcome your participation.”
