Recruitment Process Review continues with forthcoming ‘Drop In’ Information Sessions

Dear Colleagues,
Following an intensive review, we are delighted that key details on the new Recruitment Team structure and process have now been agreed, and the Recruitment Process Review is due to begin a transitional ‘soft launch’ period from 30 April.
This transitional period will allow us to move forward into the new process while completing any outstanding vacancies that are still underway using the previous procedures.
A series of roadshow events, tailored to specific audiences, have been delivered over recent weeks showcasing the improvements and efficiencies resulting from the review; we know almost 200 colleagues who play key roles within recruitment across the University were able to attend, and we hope you found them engaging and informative.
Whilst the roadshows have now concluded, we are delighted to confirm that informal 'drop in' sessions will be held regularly between now and the end of the year.
Whilst there has been much consultation and collaboration to bring us to where we are, the transition will be on a continuous improvement basis to ensure any refinements are actioned during the implementation phase and subsequent months. We hope these sessions will give us the opportunity to share information, but also to gain comments and feedback from those involved in all areas of recruitment on a day-to-day basis.
Drop In Information Sessions
Drop-In Sessions will be held on the following dates:
Main Campus
- Thursday 26 April - 9.30am to 11.30am
- Sessions will then continue every last Thursday of the month until end of August at the same time
Tay House - Room 602
- Friday 4 May 10 – 12pm to 2pm
- Tuesday 22 May – 2pm to 4pm
- Sessions will then continue every last Thursday of the month until end of August at the same time
