Use an app & a friend to support your weight loss

The HelpMeDoIt! weight loss study is recruiting volunteers.
If you have a BMI of 25 or more and are interested in losing weight perhaps you’d like to join our weight loss study, writes Dr Lynsay Matthews, Trial Manager.
All you need is smartphone (iPhone or Android) and at least one person in your social circle willing to be your ‘helper’. Both of you would have access to the HelpMeDoIt! app and website, which allows you to set weight loss goals, monitor your progress and get support from your helper(s).
